Stop Out 5 Marist 2. Joe Gaughan scored four great goals. Steven Gulley with the other. First half had Stop Out 4-1 up.  (Less than impartial view: the second Marist goal; was NEVER a pen!)

Stop Out's second goal was one of the better goals of the season. Quality play from Fisum Aden.

Second half saw a great piece of theatre. Marist had a player sent off who then managed to get (correct choice of words) a Stop Out player sent off. After he got his red card he kicked out at Fisum Aden who reacted and got a red. Then the Marist guy refused to leave the pitch despite a few of his own team telling him, quite bluntly, to go, Hopefully some wise head at Marist will have a chat  with the guy and sort him out.  I heard the ref explaining to his decision to Fis aftter the match. I would say the ref's tone was apologetic.

I say 'Marist guy' as I am not sure of his name. Mario I believe. Someone from Marist able to confirm that? How hard is it for clubs to supply team names and numbers for programmes?

Joe's goals were definitely quality - all 4 from different moments of play.

The penalty however was definitely a penalty, with our lad saying he got kicked right in the ankle after the game. And frankly Stop Out got away with a decent amount, with a fairly vocal and biased side line.

The sending off was hardly that dramatic - Mario kicked out at Fisum and then Fisum reacted (this is refs words), and both got reds. Well before either got cards. As for the sending off - you make it sound like Fisum is innocent - he had to be wrestled off the pitch by Gully for... I'm not sure - Mario saying he would take him on? Either way it was not exactly becoming of either guys who got red cards.

As for the team line up, I have no idea what getting a team line up is like. We had injuries and surgeries happening on Thursday, so not that easy. Plus we like to swap numbers... so sorry to the book keepers?

Either way - Stop Out with a deserved victory

All well and good except that para in bold. At this level, clubs should be organised enough to provide a squad list for a match day programme. It's not hard. "We like to swap numbers" - wtf?
