Sooo what do Nix/LH actually achieve from getting this overturned? From what I understand their Capital 1 side would still be relegated and their CP side would still be safe.
Errr..So is your belief just because it doesnt effect their own league position/safety, they should have just walked away from appealing & overturning a situation they believe they were in the right about?
Edit: Without knowing what a succesful appeal would mean in terms of change of punishment eg: full/partial point reversal & future consequence to their league position I guess it was just an ongoing process before final positions determined anyway.
So as things stand I guess they "achieve" partially? winning their case eventhough their league position/safety isnt changed
