Was wondering how long it would take before you played the banter card. Banter is between friends where you know what their threshold for tolerance is. Telling someone you don't know they aren't good at their job is not banter.
Who has been banned for cursing at themselves?
A player got carded for calling himself a muppet on the weekend. Also a case where someone genuinely was having banter with a ref which ended in a ban. There have been a lot of calls in the past two years that have been wrongly punished (in my eyes). Then there was the incident where a spectator made up a complete fabrication and went to CF. As an administrator who has to deal with all this it is a waste of resources. But as Term says suck it up. #pashunisnotacrime
If it was truly banter then surely the ref wouldn't have reported it.
You would have hoped so. Haven't seen the 80 year old ref from chch again fortunately.
I'm sure you guys can say if ten percent are harshly done by then all good - as you don't have to deal with it..
