so rule 20.1 is the clause as to why we get no minutes and transparency anymore.
and it is 4 appointed members to 3 elected members on the board so the membership/clubs who hand over all that money each year have a little say and cannot even see why/what it is spent on until the AGM when it is too late to give a opinion or have any input that might of been better than what was done.
in the words of our own prime minister "if you have nothing to hide then whats the issue with us looking"
that enough stirring of the pot of democracy for me…. I await change to come and hope that the people support open and transparent governance……i may be waiting along time so i will take a seat and watch the world go by.
