You'd have to think they'll continue to hemorrhage social teams if they refuse to make the price competitive with the better leagues on offer.

better leagues?

Yup. Refs and turf every game, much better than the sharke Cap Football gives us. Standard of football is gonna be dire no matter where I'm playing so I'm not too worried about that.

There's no two ways about it - both Wellington Sunday League and Better Football offer better 11 aside options at a significantly lower price for social footballers than Capital Football do, having played in all 3 myself.

Any with no affiliation to any of them ;)
Tbh - I actually thought that the Sunday football was cheaper than $250... did I read that right?
I personally prefer to play on Saturdays so I can have a bevy and recover on Sunday.
(not saying it shouldn't be cheaper mind you...)
