at this point he hasn't picked up a new role (partly because we were so late with our process which was not ideal)
let's say there was a bit of a split on the executive about how we should proceed, that said now that an appointment has been made we are keen to move forward.
Warren was a massive part of where we are now and what we will go onto (hopefully) achieve so we are greatful for his work over the past 6 or 7 years and we wish him the best going forward.
