I can't quite get my head around what you are saying Marron? Did you not want to be promoted?

I'd imagine the move to non-rolling subs is a big turnoff for a lot of social sides - I know it would be for me.

Ridiculous if Capital Football's solution is to drop a Cap 4 quality team to Cap 10 if they're asking other teams to step up though.
