Stop Out vs Upper Hutt was shifted off Hutt Park 2 (in amazing condition), to Hutt Park 3 (in awful condition), just so a Cap 1 game could be played on #2.
If Capital Football want equality and want to grow the league, is shifting games off pitches so that the mens third division can play on the pitch instead the way to do it?
