jesus you are confusing me now. I thought I heard they were - but wouldn't rapa be replacing whoever came last - i guess Tawa?

Maybe winning the first half also qualifies for promotion? I'm unsure. Tawa definitely relegated though. Div 1 was reset after 9 games last season, with Div 1 having relegation but no promotion. The 2nd round for Div 1 had both relegation and promotion. Rapa finished 1st in the 1st round but 6th in the 2nd round - probably not enough for promotion? Guess we find out when the draw is released next Weds.

In Prems I'd expect:

Wellington United Res

VUWAFC

Waterside Karori

BNU

IBU

KCU

Petone

UH Res

Stop Out

Western Suburbs

W-League would then be:

UH

WU

Rapa

Seatoun
