Is it because there just isn't enough players or because teams horde players and there 2nd teams are just as strong as some weak W-League teams?

Feels like this W-League concept and the no promotion/relegation for those couple of years has failed. So leaves it with 7 teams a month and a half out from season kicking off.

PN Marist; Seatoun; Vic Uni; Wairarapa; Karori; Wellington United and Wests.

So can't find standings for Women's Cap Prem last season on Capital Football website or on Comet, so what were they like? Seem to remember of who is left its Petone and Island Bay.
