Emma played for their 3rd team year before last, but not always as GK. Was my keeper in the 2nd team last year and was a big part of our stingy defence (helped by 2 CBs who have also moved to the 1st team). Came to us last season and has come on leaps and bounds since and is only going to keep getting better - massive credit to GK coach Josh Tan. Wouldn't be surprised if she displaced the currently injured 1st team keeper for the season now. 



I only saw the 1st half, but based on what Ollie, the team and Dave have said the result really wasn't a reflection of the flow of the game. We'll take it, obviously, but any other day WU would have won that. Have to back it up next week now, I think we'd be fine against Seatoun, Wests would be a good game but Karori have to be favourites for the cup now.

saw Wharf thrash Vic on Sat. Vic were below the standard I saw of them last year. What's the story?

Uni holidays. Missing half a team and had some 2nd team players playing up.

Big change from dominating vs Wests a couple of weeks ago - based on that game was amazed they beat you in Kelly Cup!
