Surely teams can drop players 2 Divisions if that's where their 2nd team are ? Otherwise from a mens perspective, teams such as Stop Out, Lower Hutt, Karori, North Wellington would all be in breach of the regulations when dropping a player from their 1st to 2nd team ?

yeah Nelfoos has  an incorrect interpretation of the rule which is porb badly written.

Nelfoos you must have gone against your interpretation of the rule then!
