Yes three time. 7th in 2002 (the first year of the MPL) when it was a 12 team comp, then again in 2003 - a ten team comp and finally in 2009 - and 8 team comp but only 14 rounds.

Since then Suburbs lowest finishing position has been 4th in 2014. Overall they have won 4 titles, runner-up 5 times and third 3 times in the 15 season (not counting this season which will either be 3rd or 4th.
