What are the rules around changing facilities?
The away team one certainly has showers and a space to change (which was no different to other grounds that MPL teams have used). The home team changing shed definitely looks a lot better than the away one, but at the end of the day it's somewhere to change.
I don't see why Western shouldn't be allowed to play at Walter Park (unless there are some extra hidden rules)
Thought it was more to do with pitch conditions when it rains due to poor drainage situation. Has CCC upgraded drainage? Did they have to transfer many games this year? Are MPL criteria different to MQL?
