Bumped into a Mainland official over the wknd who was highly pissed off that Parklands played yesterday in the league but defaulted in the cup today.

Looking at the Mainland Website I see the fee for defaulting a Mainland game is $2000 and $100 for any Senior grade game. Does anyknow if this fees/fines are ever applied.
