Isn't it a random table with the top two teams (and 6th!) the only two teams that have positive goal differences?
 
Not so much as random maybe more to do with the overall standard, or lack, compared to other season's. Only two teams, Bays and Suburbs that won more than 50% of their games, with Nomads 18 points the highest total for any team that has finished in bottom place.
