I've gone back to try and find where I read it and can't, pretty sure it's correct tho, maybe someone else can back me up. I agree it should be up to the governing body, as noone else has that information, and theoretically they only have to check the 4 MPL, 3 WPFL, and 4 Div 1 games a week. Most will continue to be the same, so shouldn't be that hard.
