Surely this would apply to the lower divisions only where team cards aren't filled in? I'm sure Mainland would be checking team cards for MPL matches. With regards to Stu Bola i couldn't state with 100% certainty all paperwork was finalised with Manland but i'm sure they wouldn't have been silly enough to play him if the clearance hadn't come thru, he's hardly the most inconspicuous guy on a football field! I was standing next to a few senior Tech club memberss (where Stu has transferred from) and none of them commented or showed any surprise he was playing so sure it's all good.
Think i'll go catch the Tech/Suburbs game today, should be a cracker. Word round the ground yesterday was that Tech's new import is more than useful...
