Hey Vim I heard that part of the issue was that some clubs were in the mix and others weren't. I know Mainland have brought in people from ther sports as part of the process (cool, always interested to hear how others are handling things); but sounds a bit like "inner circle" group and "outer circle" group. Don't you love group processes and reviews?
