.....On a related matter, I note with dismay that, yet again, there are no national age group tourneys (federation or region) for our young players to measure themselves against the Orcs/Auks.
One of the original reasons for the Federations being brought into existence was so that players from provinces such as Nelson, Timaru, the Coast etc could get selected for national age group tournaments with the obvious opportunity to make national age group sides from there. Then they go and do away with them. Muppetts.
