it happens at the very top (dragons & Baby dragons) + FTC - mainland can do nought about it and can barely judge junior rep coaches for doing it when their top paid coaching staff are the most guilty and have been for yonks
kids also follow their rep/ftc coach. maybe if there was a clause in the contract saying that they cannot coach that age group the following season it'd reduce it
