You played for whatever side in Nike, you play for that club in 2013
No exceptions. Where is this exception for PDL come from??
I think its more a way of them being tied to a club while playing school or vice versa
example: kid plays for St Bedes But is dual rego'd to coastal - he could play PDL. but doesnt have to. Because of the dual rego he is able to play nike cup for Coastal in 2014.
...or thats how I read the rules...
