From what I understand there will be no penalties for University in terms of points deductions, this can't be done due to the 7 day ruling.. Other clubs, apparently led by ChCh United are trying for this to happen, but it simply wont.. Not sure if there can be a financial penalty either??
Can anyone advise if any club has formally lodged a complaint about University.
