What ever the ponts deducted end up at it's a shame on Varsity and on the standard of administration they have.

It take a couple of seconds to login and see who is registered at your club at any given time of the year. What is the team manager for if not getting these things in order before season starts.

Never take anything for granted when dealing with Mainland Football always double check and get it in writing/email with a name on it.

Some clubs break the MPl rules week in week out and nothing happens. This is and old gripe for several clubs so maybe Mainland have decided to get tougher and this will be the start. Let's hope so and get the facilities and pitch standards the next going over.

On that point I see the Otago Daily Times SPL [nice to see the local paper getting involved] playing a couple of games at Fosbar stadium each week.

The standed of team getting promoted to next years MPL [if not varsity] will not be good enough to compete in the MPL.

Will give Chch U a boost as from no hope to Div 1 contenders within a week, they have to play Waimak twice and could go top after Friday game, for 20 hours anyway.
