Hand the MPL back to the clubs, then they can reach an agreement on what is acceptable ( if anything) as a player payment. And if your club doesn't agree with the majority, tough, you're not invited to participate, end of story.
But surely as the clubs are the Mainland Football Federation - they (the clubs) are in control. Maybe time to stand together, work together and take control.
