Another weekend off football for Coastal's WPL team. The draw and results this year has been stoopid. Gotta be better next season.

Yes a bye in the top flight no ideal, hopefully their will be an even number in the WPL in 2017.

Gunnie for coach of the year? That is an awesome result. Outstanding in the context of the season.

What's sight without sound? Love without peace? Copulation without conception?

Very young Coastal team today. Of starting XI, Falco, Nicholson, Clarke, Herman-watt all 16 years old and Bray still 15.

Kotahitanga. We are one.

Dream on!!

Lovely to see Emma Clarke last week. She was a good kid when with Cashmere. Now a very good athlete, could go places if handled properly.

one of the most outstanding players I've seen in Wpl this year. Real athlete and a great appetite for the game.

Quite agree, Fred.

First caught my eye in last year's Reta Fitzpatrick Cup Final - she's a good 'un!

Indeed, I'd go so far as to say I see Emma Clarke as a strong contender to succeed Ria Percival in the Football Ferns long-term. She certainly has both the potential to do so, that's for sure.

Cheers,

JR

Cheers mate, I hope Annalie can take her under her wing in her new role. She certainly knows what it takes. There are one or two more down here as well. Catch up soon.

Kayla Thomas - so underrated - how she hasn't made the Pride is absolutely puzzling.
