A free program called LTrack - Football League Tracker, designed by a guy in the UK - Nigel Thomas in 1995, I have been using it for several decades.

I find it very easy to use, easy to set up and user can decide what they wish to record - results, scorers, starting line-ups,  subs, yellow / red card, pens own goals. match officials etc plus , various formats for league tables, compact or long - showing home and away results.

Also able to run various queries once season is up and running.

Have been asked by several to supply a list of Unbeaten Run and Wins On End for the current clubs in the Mainland Premier League, but have done it for all the clubs that have played in the league since the inaugural season in 2002, have also listed the number of season each club has played in the MPL. Working in updating my Women's stats but I lost some data when my old computer crashed and have almost competed rebuilding the stats for the teams that have played in the WPL for the last decade but will take longer to complete all any former WPL clubs.

Sorry do not keep records for the reserve grade.
