Scottie Rd, are you thinking the Nomads team who were demoted to DIV 2 after the first half of the season will be capable of this? Besides that issue, are there any criteria for gaining entry to WPL? In recent years Parklands, Selwyn and now Waimak have had teams that couldn't win PDL gain promotion to the top tier.
