Cashmere and Coastal are in a class of their own at the moment, and are really only pushing each other. The need to play in a higher league (Unfortunately that isn't available in Mainland at the moment)

But for Cashmere and Coastal what do you do to keep those players interested - surely walking into games knowing you're going to smash the opposition (Apart from each other) is hard work for them as well.
It is because of this that there needs to be some creative thinking; otherwise the more ambitious and talented will have little option but to head to Auckland; which I think you will find that will happen sooner rather than later; and then bring Coastal (particularly) back to the field a little.
