This coming from a coach at a club whose Women's team got beat 23-0 and then defaulted the next game. How is that developing young talent?

one thing I've noticed between the top 3 teams and the rest apart from skill is a real lack of pace with the exception of Fc 2011s centre back ( Kayla Thomas) who IMO is by far the fastest player in WPL
