Time we stopped pretending NZ has the quality & quantity of girls/women to be calling anything a Premiere League.
Train and play the best & serious ones in with the boys/youth/men. That's what they as players deserve and need for their development.
Happens overseas where the numbers are much more favourable than in NZ. The rest is participation / social.
Regional version of Ferns Player Development Programme. Surely time for a a national winter club league. Find the money.
And the rest? There still needs to be a female only top league - for all sorts of reasons.
