Only feedback i would give is you could potentially move all the tier levels up one. I think NZF consider the National League to be conducted in two parts, one the regional leagues from March-September, then the single round robin championship from October-December. I believe the rules for all three regional leagues are aligned and set by NZF, and seperate from the respective leagues/divisions directly below them. So personally I would consider the likes of Auckland United, Napier City Rovers and Coastal Spirit to be tier 1 already. They are merely aiming for qualification in to the championship phase at the end of the season.
Just my two cents, which largely mean fudge all. Incredible detail though, spent most of this morning looking at it all.
