Wakefield number 1 gets a good work out, being a high use ground as opposed to just 1 big crowd for one game. 3 clubs based there too.

A two or three step terrace backed by a shelter, along the one side of the pitch, to keep out the southerly would work. (Yes, I know these tihngs cost.) Any idea what they were thinking of?
