Will Phoenix stay in this league with their U18s and have their reserves in the national league?
I don't know the full answer but to my mind that would make sense. NZF were pretty clear the new NL will have the Nix and AFC Ressies for both men and women, so unless the Participation Agreement with Capital Football changes I'd expect the Wāhinix U18s to stay in the WCL and the Phoenix Thirds to take the Weenix's spot in whatever the MCL looks like next year (trial by fire but hey, equal opportunities).
