Bozza's suggestions - switch to winter, bring in pro/rel - pretty dumb. Those ideas ain't gonna help much at the moment.
But Peacocke I think on the right track by suggesting invest heavily in world class Academies etc for the youth. Yes, still have your visa imports but really put an emphasis on youth. Again I imagine he's looking at the 3 clubs above as the models now in that space.
