If I've read the schedule correctly Perth beating City is mixed. On one hand it means City will have something to play for in the last match (vs the Nix) as they will not have already wrapped up the premiership. On the other hand... Victory can now potentially win the premiership and their match against Sydney is massive for them, which is good for the Nix as if Victory win (or draw) Nix are in the 6 regardless of our other results.

No as above City could already be premier winners, if both VUC & Western U either lose or draw their away games Fri & Sat, prior City verus Nix on Sunday.
But yeah Nix beat WSW, and other results, what team City put out etc all irrelevant
A nice sequence of results would be
Nix (go to 39 pts) beating WSW
SFC beating/drawing VUC
Adelaide (go to 41 pts) drawing with Western U - which would guarantee Melb City the title on GD, so hopefully resting players against Nix
Nix (go to 42 pts) beating a 2nd string Melb City
This would give Nix 4th spot and a home playoff. Longshot I know.
