And rest assured Foley Bling FC is going to spend the Nix's Auckland marketing budget from the weekend (admittedly very bare bones) at an hourly rate in the leadup to their ALM entry, let alone any derby game. The whole of Auckland will know there is a football game happening in Penrose. Also expect some big name signings (ex EPL or whatever), to draw in the Euro snobs of the 09.

That will have a big effect in Season 1, after that the team's actual performance will be of higher importance, but big marketing spends & marquees will still count.
