His argument from his quick google search is crap

Waiheke is over 50km from Auckland first of all. Separated by water and the usual commute is a ferry. Not comparable.

Westmere, is  basically as close to Auckland city as you get apart from Herne bay and St Mary’s bay.

5 mins to a motorway as well if you want to drive.

Then he starts crapping on about some guy in takapuna with a question mark

? WTF does that mean - yes, no, bullshark?

5 mins to a motorway as well if you want to drive. Don’t ghin’ the Waiheke lot are.
