97th minute winner deserves absolute limbs, all the clips I've seen from the crowd when it goes in look mild as hell

Nah, it was nuts especially down by the Port (who could actually see what was going on). Bit of a weird goal, so those far from the action didn’t know what had happened.

Huge improvement from the last game tbh, relative to the smaller attendance. It’s only going to get better as Port coordination increases and more people are sucked into devoted fandom.

The activity levels of the rest of the crowd, as with many Kiwi sporting events, are a massive WIP. There were many people who seemed clueless as to what had happened, so gave a polite clap without even cracking a smile

Yeah mate I certainly stand corrected, have seen a few more clips now from within the Port and it looked like it was bouncing. I guess your view gets clouded when you're only ever in the fever zone, I'm sure it's equally pretty damn quiet if you sit out around aisle 28 as it was in some of those videos from outside the Port area.

Good to see a lot of young people in there who genuinely get active support and footy culture. The league needs as much of it as we can get
