Yes if Auckland II become a bit of a stacked team, dominating the Northern League that won't go down so well. There is a bit of anti Weenix feeling amongst the Central League clubs.

Auckland's reserve team will generate some similar negative local football vibes. Bit unavoidable, though yes it seems Auckland's pathway model is to leave the promising 15-18yr olds with their clubs, only bringing them in when they are older than that??
