I remember him. Wasnt it however a bit later, as I recall 2007-2010 as being the glory years with good crowds and household names?

That golden age seems a long time ago now. Heck even last season seems a life time ago given the way the Nix are playing.

As a fan of kiwi football am pumped to be AAMI for the Nix game next week, then AFC against the Bitumens and then home to NZ for my first Classico. Going to be an AFC win based on form but I will be proudly wearing my Nix shirt deep in the mix of blue sailors and knights.
