The men's salary cap is I think $2.6M, with a required minimum spend of $2.25M.
Noting that the APL disbursement is a pathetic $500K.

As recently as 2018 that annual disbursement was nearly $3.6M.

I'm guessing the Nix are close to the salary cap. Likes of VUC, SFC & City above the cap but nowhere near $7M. Complete guesswork
