The Kings were free to air! I remember that. And had a million players including Wynton Rufer for a while.

Still- letting Mata go and bringing in Brook and Cosgrove- I hope that continues to backfire on them. Brook does look like a player and Cosgrove is large, but Mata and Rogerson were a winning combo last season.
The Kingz were on Sky - maybe the odd game on free to air? But I remember as a kid I'd have to wait for the sports news to be able to watch any footage of the Kingz, or during family holidays hoping the motel had some Sky channels so I could watch a game or that Kids Kingz Saturday morning show!

I do not think it was just an odd game.   For quite some time I was watching their games on Prime TV.  The epic goals by Rufer Sr.  The epic failures by Lammers to connect his foot with the ball, alone, in front of an open goal.  Ah, good times.
