How Spurs visited New Zealand in 1976 Spurs toured New Zealand in 1976, playing games against Auckland and Wellington representative teams.
The visitors beat Auckland 5-3 at Newmarket Park on May 3, 1976, after trailing 3-1 with 20 minutes to go.
Two days later, Spurs beat Wellington 3-2 at the Basin Reserve.
