We also need to realise that if for some reason AFC told FFA to get rid of an A-League team in NZ for the next season, Wellington will have one less professional sports team.
I don't think you know what "aged like milk" means, none of what they have stated here will age, even if they lose the grand final
They are still the only professional women's team in NZ
They still made the Grade Final
They still had nearly 6k fans who showed up last Sunday
They will still be the only one that exists (Until this made up one and the Auckland one comes along)
I don't even think its a victim complex post, but asks valid questions about why not. Seems like it would be a lot easier to organise than a put together team and likely more competitive too.
