I haven’t done the maths but with the OFC regs AFC don’t hover up all the prize money.

In short, they receive the first US$500,000 up front.

Then anything above that figure, it appears AFC keep 40 per cent with the remaining 60 percent of the additional money going to a solidarity fund. 90 per cent of this fund is distributed to the other clubs, with the 10 percent being used by OFC.
