Be great to see an A League club in Auckland, but have yet to hear any rumours of a football loving tragic or group with deep pockets willing to try establish one.

Actually would be sad to see CCM fold. Sure they have been battlers for awhile now, but previously gave the A League a lot. Grand Final winners one year, plus a number of Socceroos started their pro careers in Gosford. They effectively also bought Weemac into the AWs, who at his peak was a useful addition. The Sauce Bottles. Mad Matt Simon, bit of a legend of the league.

Most top leagues have battler type clubs, operating on low budgets, often giving youth a chance.
