Absolutely. It'd be a dangerous move in terms of public health, but also politically for a whole number of reasons. Why would NSW government be willing to take on those risks?
NSW let two players who had breached quarantine come back for another try, they don't seem *that* strict about things.
But yes, they will almost certainly have to do 14 days quarantine, which means finding 3 places where it will be possible to do that + train.
