As people are saying on other forums it would seem crazy that the Phoenix who came from a covid free country on a chartered plane had to quarantine for fourteen days but the Melbourne teams, some of who live in the high risk postcodes and who all mingled together when attempting to fly into ACT, don't.

Absolutely. It'd be a dangerous move in terms of public health, but also politically for a whole number of reasons. Why would NSW government be willing to take on those risks?

NSW let two players who had breached quarantine come back for another try, they don't seem *that* strict about things.

But yes, they will almost certainly have to do 14 days quarantine, which means finding 3 places where it will be possible to do that + train.
