Because of the salary cap A point of difference in the A league is the facilities (and the shopping if you are smeltzy).
So in the long run it'll greatly help the heart I suppose, IF city even cough up for the facilities.
Will also add...the fact that heart fans aren't up in arms about the prospect of a name change as well as a change in the colour of the playing strip basically shows that they never had much of an identity to begin with.
If new owners came and change is from 'Wellington Phoenix' to 'new Zealand kiwis' and announced we'd be playing in all white. I'd be livid.
