Penalty or not Ben Williams is still a smirking, self satisfied, attention seeking mega-prat, and a bloody awful referee.

Last nights was worse. I don't think he had a bad game actually. Got the fouls. Thought the pens were good. 2 cards for mouthing off...

He is still a twat however. Is he still in the World Cup referee list?
